I have a minor hypermobility-related shoulder injury. It's been causing me pretty severe pain when I move the wrong way. Two weeks of this so far, so I finally messaged my primary care provider. Told to book an appointment. Tried. Told there's a waitlist of unknown size.On twitter.com

Thankfully there's another doctor who I've never met that I can see in a week, but being told at first that I can't get care was jarring, even though I've been expecting it. Glad it's for something minor, and not, say... anything that would require actual immediate care.Permalink On twitter.com
