      when I first start building a course, there's a very spontaneous, improvisational nature to it. there are usually key ideas that I'm going to hit, but the delivery... the words used... that's discovered as I go. My "message" emerges from what I produce.

        It might take 30 takes to find the message... something coherent enough that it can be saved by editing. Once I have the message though, things get a bit more involved. So much more work! But very much worth it.
