@m_rueg @TeamTopologies it's tough to say whether there's a generalizable formula here, because you can always make the map bigger by expanding what is in-scope (and different orgs will play in bigger or smaller scopes). BUT it seems useful as a way to think about the kinds of orgs you work with / in.
