        1. We're revising parts of Pragmatic Wardley Mapping. This map is one of the examples used to illustrate strategic thinking. Specifically, how to examine a map for opportunities to overcome inertia. And then I looked at Medical Expertise and realized something terrifying.

...if I were genuinely in this circumstance, and examining my map for potential inertia to overcome, I would have extreme concern about how stable access to medical expertise will be in the coming months. It's ALREADY unstable, depending on the locale.

As more healthcare workers get sick or burn out, as healthcare demand stays high, and as relief continues to fail to arrive... If I were managing this system, I would be worrying about how to handle that instability from the scheduling side. Will my existence even be useful?

Can't schedule healthcare if healthcare is too unstable to be scheduled. (Boo hoo, poor app builder, I know.) That's all I got right now. Maybe I'm overreacting. Maybe I'm just stating the obvious. (Curious @cory_foy if you have thoughts here.)
