@electrofelix of course! tradeoffs... you'll get less done, but you'll touch more projects. if touching more projects is important... (e.g., scouting ahead to confirm the validity of the current work or to pre-empt integration hell) that could make a lot of sense.Permalink On twitter.com

@electrofelix I think the interesting question is... how do you do that without getting carried away? what principles do you need to do that carefully? if you only have mechanisms for increasing WIP... but no mechanisms for DECREASING it... things are only gonna go one way, right?On twitter.com
