I think my curiosity would be... is splitting the work like that serving our goals? sharing work > finishing work makes sense if goals are: * more skills liquidity * incorporating diverse specialist perspectives * testing changes in small batches

      @StephanieKrus @VladMalik on the other end, I'd be concerned that mgmt demands the fungibility of bodies... your labor being interchangeable with someone else's... in service of productivity theater ("everybody's working") starting less... working on fewer things at once can cause us to finish more.
