      @BHohner I appreciate where you're coming from. We can certainly improve discoverability and access. Of course we can be welcoming. But we also need to not presuppose that our way of knowing is better than others' ways of knowing.

    @BHohner I also think unhelpful "help" (as in, presupposing a problem and then trying to push a solution) is coercive and ineffective. I have failed many, many times in this way.
