    1. Hackathons I've attended seemed to encourage 15-minute solutions to 20-year problems, had a pot of money at the end, and not much else in terms of follow-through.

      Are there other formats that avoid these problems? Design sprints seem like one example. They also seem expensive (from my naive perspective) to do.
